The Smith & Wesson Volunteer XV Pro M-LOK 6mm ARC semi-automatic rifle made its debut at the 2023 edition of SHOT Show as a new entry in Smith & Wesson’s popular Volunteer XV line of competition-oriented modern sporting rifles – more specifically the first to be chambered in 6mm ARC, an intermediate caliber introduced by Hornady in 2020 and developed as a dedicated alternative chambering for the AR-15 platform.

Smith & Wesson’s Volunteer XV Pro M-LOK 6mm ARC semi-automatic rifle features a 15” machined aluminum M-LOK handguard and a set of B5 System polymer components – specifically the pistol grip and 6-positions collapsible buttstock. The STANAG-4159 compliant magazine hosts up to 25 rounds of 6mm ARC ammunition.

The Volunteer XV Pro M-LOK 6mm ARC also features a set of WGS flip-up sights installed on a full-length top Picatinny rail for optics. The baseline version features a 16-inch barrel with a PWS 556 muzzle brake, but a DMR version with a 20-inch barrel also exists. MSRP on the US market is set at $1.569,00 for the standard version and $1,599.00 for the DMR model.
