SHOT SHOW 2018 – A Mauser bolt-action rifle for hunting and sport shooting providing all the best that the famous German manufacturer can offer, but at a Remington 700 price... a pipe dream? No: meet the Mauser M18 rifle!
The dream of owning a Mauser rifle is now more accessible than ever, thanks to the launch of the iconic German gunmaker's newest rifle: the Mauser M18, introduced by Blaser USA, Inc. – the official distributor of Mauser firearms in the United States – at the 2018 NSSF SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
Like its well-known stable mates, the Mauser M18 rifle combines heritage, experience and state-of-the-art technology. The rifle has been designed with the manufacturer's core principles at heart to inspire confidence and adventure.
Learning from two centuries of German industrial design and manufacturing techniques, the Mauser M18 has the look and feel of a rifle twice its price despite putting the Mauser brand back into the hands of the people thanks to a starting MSRP of only $699.
The Mauser M18 is built around an ultra-rugged synthetic stock with a soft inlay grip, a three-position safety catch, an adjustable trigger on a steel receiver, and a cold-hammer forged barrel.
Feeding through five-rounds detachable magazines, the Mauser M18 is available in seven popular hunting and sport shooting calibers: 6.5 Creedmoor, .243 Winchester, .308 Winchester, .270 Remington, .30-06 Springfield, 7mm Remington and .300 Winchester Magnum.
