Pardini TR20: a new semiauto rimfire sporting rifle
Developed around the frame of the Company's own SP series of sporting pistols, the new Pardini TR20 is a rimfire semi-automatic carbine for Mini-Rifle 22 competitions, representing Pardini's first foray in the field of long guns outside of olympic shooting carbines
Pardini Armi expands its world-renown line of sporting firearms with the brand new Pardini TR20 .22 Long Rifle semi-automatic rifle, conceived for both plinking and training as well as for shooting competitions, in disciplines such as Mini Rifle .22 or LSSA Tactical Scope 22.
The TR20 is the brainchild of Giampiero Pardini, the founder of the well-known Italian sporting arms company, and was developed in collaboration with Andrea and Samuele Pardini, Giampiero Pardini's nephews who have been working with the company for some years now, representing the third generation of the Pardini family to engage in the management of a brand that enjoys success and fame with the global sport shooters' community.
Pardini TR20 .22 Long Rifle semi-automatic carbine
Built around the Pardini SP sporting pistol frame and sharing other features from the latter – such as a blowback working system and a fully adjustable competition trigger – the TR20 carbine also features Pardini's own, 40 cm (15.74") Match barrel with six right-handed grooves, a 1:16" twist rate, and a factory-issued muzzle compensator.
On top of the lightened, black hard-anodized aluminum alloy handguard, the Pardini TR20 features a 35 cm / 13.77" long MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail for iron sights or optics. The TR20 is also optionally available with a red dot sight issued from factory.
The single-piece stock of the Pardini TR20 carbine features a fully ambidextrous, ergonomic pistol grip and a fully adjustable cheek riser on a 4 cm / 1.57" range. The stock is also adjustable on a 4 cm / 1.57" range per length of pull and on a 5 cm / 1.96" in height.
What makes the TR20 carbine stock stand out on the global sporting arms scene, however, is the manufacturing: thanks to a newly acquired set of state-of-the-art industrial 3D printers, Pardini can manufacture the stock out of carbon-reinforced polymer with ease without sacrificing quality.
The same industrial 3D printing centers are used by Pardini Armi to manufacture other accountrements for the TR20 carbine, such as the muzzle compensator and the 15-rounds and 20-rounds magazines that come issued with each gun.
Those state-of-the-art industrial 3D printers is also allowing Pardini Armi to refresh and expands the line of accessories offered for their existing .22 Long Rifle target and competition shooting pistols: magazines will now will available in 5, 6, 10, 15 and 20 rounds variants, depending on local laws and regulations, and will also be compatible with the new TR20.
All Pardini TR20 carbines are covered by a 2-years warranty against issues that may stem from factory, manufacturing, assembly or materials defects. A registration card is included with the TR20 carbine's user manual to be sent to Pardini Armi by the first buyer to register his or her TR20 with the company and activate the warranty.
