New Savage KLYM bolt-action and straight-pull rifles

New from Savage Arms for late 2023 comes the KLYM line of light-weight hunting rifles designed to provide the best in terms of performance, effect on target, and high levels of portability, light weight, and endurance against harsh use, adverse environmental conditions and aggressive elements.

The KLYM line includes models based on the Savage Arms 110 bolt-action and the Savage Arms Impulse straight-pull action designs. Other than that, the KLYM rifles are identical by almost all features.

All the Savage Arms KLYM rifles are built around a lightweight stock provided by FBT - Fine Ballistic Tools, with a carbon-fiber forend and buttstock and additive manufactured (industrial 3D printing) center section; and all feature stainless steel, carbon fiber wrapped PROOF Research barrels with Savage Arms' own Omni-Port muzzle brake installed on a 5/8x24 muzzle thread.

Every Savage Arms KLYM rifle comes standard with a single-button extendable cheek riser and a set of sling rings; a user-adjustable, 1.5 lbs / 4 lbs. (680 g / 1,8 kg) Savage Arms Accutrigger; and a top-tang mounted, sliding safety.

All models also feature a 20 MOA top Picatinny rail for optics and a full Cerakote black finish on the action and receiver. The Impulse KLYM rifles boast the Savage Arms Hexlock straight-pull action, while the bolt-action 110 KLYM rifles sport a diamond-checkered bolt to prevent foreign bodies from obstructing the cycle while maintaining the performance of a factory blueprinted Savage 110 action.

The KLYM rifles feed through proprietary detachable magazines, holding up to four rounds of .308 or 6.5 Creedmoor, three rounds of .300 Winchester Magnum, or two rounds of 6.5 PRC, 7mm PRC, and .300 WSM; an additional round can be safely kept in chamber.
