SHOT Show 2016 – the new SIG Sauer ZULU line of binoculars includes four different models and seven different magnification variants
SIG Sauer Electro-Optics Division presents at SHOT Show the new ZULU set of binoculars, basically made of four different products: the ZULU-3, ZULU-5, ZULU-7 and ZULU-9.
The ZULU-3 binoculars adopt an open-hinged structure, feature low dispersion glass for maximized clarity and color and silver deposition phase-coated BAK4 prisms for resolution and image contrast. They are compact and lightweight, available in 8x32mm and 10x32mm focal lenghts.
SIG Sauer ZULU-5 HD binoculars are based instead on a rugged closed-bridge design and sport all-weather protection while delivering excellent resolution and superior light transmission across the entire color spectrum. Available in 8x42mm and 10x42mm focal lenghts.
The 8x42mm, 10x42mm and 15x56mm SIG Sauer ZULU-7 open-hinged short-to-long range roof prism binocular utilize the HDX optical design for extra-low dispersion glass with high light transmittance glass to provide the maximum in color and image brightness and clarity.
Last SIG Sauer ZULU-9 comes in 9x45mm and 11x45mm focal lenghts, combining high optical performances with all-weather capabilities. High quality glass, fully multi-coated Spectracoat lenses, and phase-coated Abbe-Konig prisms provide maximum brightness, contrast and crisp resolution.
