The Italian company RADAR 1957, a global market leader in the field of holsters for sport shooting, concealed and open carry, and service/tactical purposes, showcased a plethora of new products at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Most of those products are new for the U.S. market only, while already being available in Europe. Other exciting new products from RADAR will debut at the IWA 2017 expo in Nuremberg (Germany), next March.

Stars of the RADAR booth were the 6607 and the 6657 holsters, featuring the Level 2 and Level 3 LEP and RLL retention systems – exclusive RADAR patents – which makes them the world's safest thumb-activated holsters available worldwide, offering total protection against theft and accidental or negligent discharge. They are extremely natural and fast to operate, and have already been adopted by the British Army as their new service holsters following the adoption of the Glock 17 as the new British service sidearm replacing the aging Browning High Power.

The new RADAR 6257 LTG (Locking on Trigger Guard) holsters reprise the same concept; the only variation from the LEP layout is the hooking point on the gun, but most other features are otherwise unchanged.

RADAR's CRAB 6857 holster is a unique concept that merges the above-mentioned LEP and LRR systems with a new, patented retention system. It can fit handguns either with or without any of the most popular tactical gunlights without adjustments, spacers, or other modifications.

The RADAR RDC EVO adjustable, quick-detach holster rig allows the user to wear his or her holster in many positions and to change its inclination or move it on any position in seconds. The RDC EVO rig is unique in that it allows the holster to be rotated on a different angle without being detached.

Also on stand were some of Radar's most popular leather holsters, which are available on the U.S. market through BLACKHAWK!
