Browning International introduces the B525 Game Laminated 12-gauge over-and-under hunting shotgun, featuring a laminate tapered handguard and buttstock with pistol grip, for increased weight and solidity, providing better control and lower recoil even with the hottest 3" loads
The new Browning B525 Game Laminated 12-gauge over-and-under shotgun, freshly announced in Europe and other Countries just in time for the 2021 hunting season, is Browning International's first hunting shotgun to feature a laminated wood stock and handguard.
The Company has already had a sporting-oriented shotgun – the B525 Sporter Laminated – with a laminate wood stock and handguard for some time now. The choice of such a dense and heavy material, normally used for rifle stocks, allows Browning to provide for higher rigidity and perfect stability even with the hottest 76mm/3" loads.
And given how the Browning B525 Game Laminated was specifically conceived for waterfowling and small game hunting, shooters and hunters will indeed be able to exploit the extra push of full-power 12-gauge, 3" loads and hit targets much farther away without being forced to pay for it with a sore shoulder.
The Browning B525 Game Laminated over-and-under hunting shotgun features a satin-finished stainless steel receiver and a set of matte black, stainless steel Back Bored barrels – available in 71 cm / 28" and 76 cm / 30" length – with a 6mm top rib and a bead style front sight.
The B525 Game Laminated comes standard with Browning's own, patented Invector Plus choke system. Each shotgun comes featured with four interchangeable chokes (¼, ½, ¾ e Full) and a dedicated choke key.
The Browning B525 Game Laminated also features a single trigger system and a highly ergonomic pistol grip stock that's 375 mm (14.¾") long overall, with a 36 mm (1.4") drop at comb and 56 mm (2.2") drop at heel, for fast and easy handling in most hunting conditions.
The Browning B525 Game Laminated shotgun weighs in at 3,5 kg (7.7 lbs) overall, is proof-tested for steel shot and other lead-free ammunition, and is sold in an ABS case, with a gun lock included.
