On July 26th, Smith & Wesson announced that the Model 360 revolver – the Company's latest addition to its popular J-Frame revolver line – has begun shipping to selected distributors in north America. The Model 360 revolver offers consumers a new choice to meet their need for a lightweight, powerful concealed carry revolver for personal protection.

The Model 360 features a scandium alloy frame, unfluted stainless steel cylinder with PVD finish, Flat Dark Earth combat grips, and is chambered in the .357 Magnum cartridge, which also allows the use of .38 Special +P ammunition.

The Smith & Wesson J-frame revolver has become one of the most popular small-frame personal protection revolvers on the market, with decades of reliable performance.

Smith & Wesson's small J-Frame revolvers were designed to fire a full power round and are as simple and easy to use as they are reliable.  Available in various calibers and with three diverse hammer designs, it is no surprise that the Smith & Wesson J-Frame has become the most popular, small-frame, defense revolver on the market.

In addition to its lightweight scandium frame – which is still perfectly capable to handle the stress of firing the powerful .357 Magnum and .38 Special +P cartridges – the new Model 360 features a black finish, a 5-round capacity, a fixed notch rear sight and a Red Ramp front sight for quick target acquisition.

The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the Smith & Wesson Model 360 J-Frame revolver has been set to $770.00 in north America – that's 659,38€ at current change. No information concerning export availability has been made available so far.
