In early August, the Nextorch company of China introduced the TA30 MAX tactical handheld flashlight as their newest flagship product for late 2020.

A step forward from the improved TA30 2019 model, the Nextorch TA30 MAX offers a staggering 2100 Lumen maximum output, and a maximum throw of 250 meters (273 yards approx.) in floodlight mode, making it a perfect illumination tool for law enforcement, rescue personnel, civil defense and other first responders, as well as for private security and military personnel.

Its value for money also makes it a very desirable choice for civilians looking for a handy and effective illumination tool for everyday carry, personal or home and property defense, and work or industrial applications.

With a maximum output level almost doubled if compared with the 2019 TA30 version, the new Nextorch TA30 MAX integrates a single CREE XHP50.2 LED, and is powered by a 5000 mAh 27100 Li-Ion rechargeable battery. One is issued with each flashlight.

The 27100 battery features a micro-USB port for direct recharging through any compatible outlet, in any situation, and a blue LED indicator that will provide a positive confirmation when the charging process is complete.

Depending from the selected output level, a fully charged battery can provide up to 23 hours of continuous runtime.

The Nextorch TA30 MAX tactical flashlight is built around a 6061-T6 hard-anodized black, aircraft grade aluminum alloy body, in a double-layer design to protect the circuitry and the battery seat from water, dust, and other aggressive elements. It is IPX-8 rated, resisting to impacts and submersion in water up to 2 meters (6.5 ft. approx.).

A u-shaped design tailcap allows the TA30 MAX to be used as a stand light, while at the same preventing accidental activation of the rubberized tail switch.

A rotating magnetic dial allows the user to navigate among the different available output levels: a maximum 2100 lm tactical mode, a 2100 lm strobe, an all-rounder 380 lm medium mode, and a low 70 lm mode for navigation or reading.

The LED in the flashlight's head is protected by a thick and resistant layer of optical glass and a nanoceramic beads-reinforced stainless steel strike bezel, allowing the Nextorch TA30 MAX to be used as an emergency glassbreaker or as a blunt self-defense instrument without fear of damaging the light-emitting components.

Standing at barely 153 mm (6") of overall length and weighing 148 grams (5.22 oz) without battery, the Nextorch TA30 MAX tactical flashlight is compatible with Nextorch's own accessories.

These include the FR-2 clip-on tactical ring for pocket carry, convenient access, a slip-proof grip and even hands-free operation if necessary (eg. to operate a portable device such as a mobile phone or a radio); and the V5 tactical quick-draw polymer belt holster, providing superb retention and fast access to uniformed personnel.

The Nextorch TA30 MAX is already available internationally through Nextorch authorized dealers. Optional accessories are sold separately.
